The banking offer of Bank Zachodni WBK for personal customers covers a wide array of modern products that facilitate personal finance management. Our key products are as follows:
- Personal accounts – regular and customised accounts tailored to the needs of different customer groups; teenagers, women, elderly people, etc. The offer also includes premium and foreign currency accounts (EUR, GBP, USD, CHF). Account holders may avail of e-banking, mobile banking and payment cards.
- Payment cards – credit, debit, pre-paid cards, also with contactless technology. Additionally, customers may use discount cards and contactless payment gadgets.
- Loans – BZWBK offers consumer loans and home mortgages (the latter ones in PLN and foreign currencies). Loans are advanced on attractive terms and we tailor our lending proposition to customers’ needs.
- Savings and investments - Depending on their needs, customers may open savings accounts and term-deposits. BZWBK also offers mutual funds, including pension schemes and investment programmes.
- Insurance – tourist, motor and property insurance plans are available. There are also bancassurance products, such as payment protection covers, loan and credit card insurances.
- Products for overseas customers - BZWBK also caters for the needs of foreign nationals residing in Poland. Those who hold Permanent Residence Cards and receive income from sources in Poland, which are acceptable to the bank, may avail of all products offered by BZWBK. Foreign nationals who don’t hold a Permanent Residence Card may open a personal account with a debit card and access to e-banking. Such an account can be opened at any BZWBK branch where a customer adviser should be contacted.
