With this aim in mind, we have established the post of customer spokesperson. Taking the liberty of your kindness, we would like to find out what you like about banking with Bank Zachodni WBK and what is not up to your standards. We would like to know what we can do even better. We value your opinion very much and we are sure that it will help us improve our service quality and develop our offer.

What you can report to the customer spokesperson:

  1. Your approval concerning:
    • our employees and their service
    • products and services that you appreciate
    • other positive aspects
  2. Your suggestions and opinions concerning:
    • our current offer
    • new products and services
    • our procedures and solutions as well as new proposals
    • organizational changes and appearance
  3. Your complaints about our banking, especially:
    • service quality
    • products and services offered
    • banking errors
    • your discontent with our banking

The sequence of lodging complaints

If you have faced a problem or if you are dissatisfied with the service or cooperating with Bank Zachodni WBK,

  1. contact employees of your branch and they will do their best to help you
  2. if it is not enough, your Branch Manager is at your service to help you solve any problem
  3. if you still have not been satisfied with the assistance provided, our Customer Spokesperson is at your service

Your opinions and remarks can be expressed by

  • filling in a form which is available in all branches. It is attached to Customer Spokesperson leaflets and you can give it to any branch employee or put it into the bank box in the branch
