PAYMENT ORDER

Sending money abroad

If you wish to send money abroad a payment order disposition needs to be placed at one of BZ WBK’s branches. Alternatively, funds may be sent by placing a disposition via electronic services.

For your convenience we have prepared a Polish-English version of the payment order disposition.

Details of payments

The following data must be provided:

  • beneficiary’s bank details (name, SWIFT code, address);
  • beneficary’s details (account no. in the beneficiary’s bank, name and surname / name, address);
  • title of the payment.

Fees

Charges of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. for payment order execution are as follows: 0,20% of the payment’s amount, not less than PLN 25,00 and not more than PLN 200,00 plus costs of SWIFT PLN 10,00.

If all costs of payment order execution are to be born by the ordering customer, he will be charged with BZ WBK’s fees (above) and a fixed amount of charges representing cost of foreign banks participating in the payment order execution. The amount of the fixed fee depends on the currency of the payment.

If account number given does not comply with the IBAN format the ordering customer is charged with additional fee of PLN 5,00.

Execution time

BZ WBK S.A. executes spot, urgent and express payment orders.
The standard payment orders sent abroad are executed with SPOT value date, which means that the payment is executed on the second working day counting from the next day after placing the disposition.

Urgent payments are executed with tomorrow’s value date (SPOT-1).
Express payments are executed with today’s value date (SPOT-2). Urgent and express payments regard the following currencies: EUR and USD. The payment order disposition needs to be submitted by the time defined by the bank.

Receiving money from abroad

If you wish to receive money from abroad a payment order disposition needs to be placed by the ordering customer in the foreign bank. The following data must be provided:

  • name, surname and address of the beneficiary;
  • account number in the IBAN format;
  • branch address;
  • SWIFT code of Bank Zachodni WBK SA (WBKPPLPP).

The charges of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. in case of execution of incoming payment orders are 0,20% of the payment’s amount, not less than PLN 25,00 and not more than PLN 150,00. In case of payments with option OUR the bank charges additional fee.
